You may have noticed that the idling space, which has been the incubator of mosquitoes, around the neighborhood, is quietly changing because of the efforts of a group of people. The new Min-Zhao Community Development Association, which won the "Taipei City Rural Base Construction Counseling Application" of the year 2016, is working on importing the concept of Rural City and Urban Garden into the city so that changing the idling space which was left after the old buildings removal, into the marvelous Margaret Manor in Taipei City.
