How often are bedding plants replaced?

Are we allowed to feed pigeons or other birds in the park?

Feeding birds is forbidden in the park due to public hygiene concern and for preventing bird flu from spreading. The disobedient will be fined NT$1,200-NT$6,000, according to the Autonomous Statute for Parks Management of Taipei City.

What department is in charge of turning on and off the street lights?

The street lights are controlled by nocturnal power system of the Taiwan Power Company, except that the lights for underground passages and tunnels are kept on all the time.
