The Chinese New Year Flower Display To enable the citizen to feel a deep sense of Chinese New Year, The Chinese New Year Display was held from January 31 till March 9, 2014 at C.K.S. Shilin Residence, Parks and Street Lights Office. More than 30 varieties of more than 800 Phalaenopsis are displayed at New Orchid Pavilion.
